The Council of the 'gown of wairhope met in regular session
!Monday, uctober 12, 1936 with the following members present, to -wit:.
Howard Ruge, Mayor; U. 0. Berglin, C. A. Gaston, Ueo. W. Moran and
J. 0. Stimpson.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Report was made by the committee appointed to recommend selec-
tion of Town Attorney.
Motion was made by councilman C,.. A. Gaston seconded by council-
man ceo. Vt. Morgan that Beebe, Ball and Beebe be employed as Legal
Counebl for the Town of Fairhope on terms set forth in their letter
of October, 12, 1936. notion carried.
Awtion was made by councilman M. U. Berglin and seconded by
Councilman J. 0. Stimpson that the salary of George C..Dyson, upera-
for in charge of the Water -works and hewer System, be increased to
$80.00 per month effective uctober 16, 1936. laotion carriedl.
