tionday, April 2.7, 1936 with the following members present. Howard
Ruge, mayor; Ir. 0. Berglin, C. A. Gaston, W. 0. K6eble, T. J. Elumpp
and 5. 0. Stimpson, Councilmen.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
The fo llwo ing motion was made by C . A. Gaston seconded by U. 0.
Berglin and unanimously carried; That this Council declare it to be
its intention to make an addtional levy of up to five mills as pro-
vi.ded by law for the retirement of debt, should funds available from
ordinanry sources be inadequate to provide for the interest on and
the retirement of bonds of the refunding issue provided for in ordi-
nance quo. 1.36*
kotion made by W. 0. Kebble and seconded by J. 0. Stimpson that
the Mayor be authorized to ianstruct the Town's Attorneys to continue
preparations for the prosecution of the case of the 'Town vs. M. F.
Northrop# in the Fall term of Court and that he inform them not to con -
eider terms of settlement out of Court short of full payment of the
amount claimed to be due the Town to-gether w3kcost of Court to date,
carried unanimously,
