A. Gaston secinded by Councilman J. J. 6timpson that map drawn §y John Huffman, Draftsman and approved by H. H. Parker, Surveyor be accepted as official map of the 'Town of -9airhope and the Mayor and Clerk tre authorized to sign same, carried. Attorney Hall was present and informed the Council that xr. .tickarby would attempt have the case of 10"wn of Fairhope vs. M. F. Northrop postponed again. A statement was prepared and signed by the Mayor and Uouncil for presentation to Judge Hare and the Mayor was autn- orized to appear in Bay Minette on April 14th with Town Attorneys, in. bnhaffort to bring case to trial during this term of Court. Meeting adjourned Clerk
