with block numbering as per his offer submitted January 13, 1936;,
carried.

given authority to make such atrangements as may be necessary to
secure the co-operation of Baldwin Ooun(ty Welfare Committee in the
care of our needy citizens. motion was seconded by councilman
W. 0. Jieeble and carried.
