BALDWIN COUNTY
The Council of the Town of �mirhope met in regular session:
Monday, July 22., 1935 with the following members present: Howard
Ruge, Mayor: M. 0. Berglin, C. A. Gaston, W. 0. Keeble, T. T.
Slumpp and J. 0. Stimpson, Councilmen.
The minutes of the regular meeting July 8th and adjourned meet-
ing July 17, 1935 ,here approved as read.
Seireral applications fo-r the position of Sewerage System Lns-
pectio and Operator were read. After consideration of these appli-
cations, motion was made by T. J. Elumpp, seconded by M. 0. Berglin
and unanimously carried; that George C. Dyson be employed as Sewer-
age 6ystem Inspector and Operators at a salary of 460.00 per month,
effective immddiately#
The following ordinance numbered 133 was introduced, read in full
and considered by the Council., said Ordnance being as follows:

t3T IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FAIRHOFE 1
ALABAMA: as follows;
SECTION 1. That all vehicles moving North and South on 6ection
Street shall have the right of way aver those moving East and Vest,
on all streets except on Fairhope Avenue.
SECTION r. That all vehicles moving East and West on Fairhope
Avenue shall have right away overe those moving North and South on
all streets.

%CTfON 3. ?had any ordinance or part of ordinance in conflict
with thin ardinance is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall became effective upon its
passage*
yuly adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Fairhope, Ailabama
at a meeting thereof regularly held on the 222nd. day of July, 193ti -

it was moved by C. A. Gaston and seconded by M. 0. Berglin that
the unanimous consent of those present be given for the immediate

2 consideration of thevordinance. 44
The question being ptft the roll was called with the following
results:
AYES Howard xuge, kayor; M, 0. Berglih, C. A. Gaston, W. 0. Keeble.,
T. J. Klumpp and J. 0. Stimpson, Councilmen.
NAYS: Hone.
j-. 0. Stimpson then moved the adoption of the ordinance as
read. Motion was seconded by W. 0 Keeble.
The question being put upon the final passage and adoption
o•f said ordinance, the roll was called with :the following results;
AYES: Howard Ruge, Mayor; Y. 0. Berglin, G. A. Gaston, W. 0. Keeble,
� T. J. Klumpp and J. 0. Stimpson.
NAYS: None.
The Mayor thereupon declared said motion carried and ordinance
finally passed and adopted. the mayor thereupon signed the ordinance
in approval thereof.
