LEGAL DESCRIPTION: TAX PARCEL 46-04-20-3-000-073.000 PARCEL TWO: From a stake which is the Southeast corner of the Fractional Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, run West 238 feet; thence run North 371 feet; thence run East 238 feet; thence run South 371 to the Point of Beginning, containing 2 acres, and both lots being in the Fractional Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama. This property shall be zoned R-1, Low Density Single- Family Residential District.
