LEGAL DESCRIPTION: TAX PARCEL 46-04-20-3-000-067.000 PARCEL ONE: From a stake which is the Northeast corner of the Fractional Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 2 East of St. Stephens Meridian, Baldwin County, Alabama; thence run West 255.8 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence run West 159.5 feet; thence run South 31 ° 15' West, 218.5 feet; thence run South 478.5 feet; thence run East 270.6 feet; thence run North 664.3 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.89 acres. This property shall be zoned R-1, Low Density Single- Family Residential District.
