Gulas, President) , the owner of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to - wit: Property is located south of Point Clear Court, Point Clear, Alabama. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: THE POINT PLACE TAX PARCEL 46-09-30-0-000-060.000 and 46-09-30-0-000-061.000 Parcel A: Start at the Northwest corner of the southwest Quarter of Section 30, T6S, R2E, and run North 89 deg. 30' East, 527.5 feet for a Point of Beginning: Thence run South 821.7 feet; thence run East 139.5 feet; thence run North 823.2 feet to a point on the North boundary of the NW '/4 of the SW '/4 of said Section; thence run South 89 deg. 30' West, 139.5 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lot contains 2.638 acres, more or less, lying in the NW '/4 of the SW '/4 of Section 30, township 6 South, Range 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama, and is subject to a public road easement or right-of-way over and across the Southern boundary thereof. Contains 2.6 Acres, more or less.
