BUILDERS, LLC. , the owner of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit: Property is located at the corner of Lawrence Road and Lawrence Road Extension. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: COPPER KEY SUBDIVISION TAX PARCEL 46-06-24-0-000-023.006 PARCEL 1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 24, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama, run thence South 00' 00' 55" West, along boundary line between Sections 23 and 24, a distance of 238.71 feet to an iron pin for the Point of Beginning; thence run South 89° 55' 06" East, a distance of 238.71 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 00' 00' 55" East, a distance of 208.67 feet to an iron pin lying on the South right of way line of Lawrence Road; thence run south 89° 55' 06" East, along said right of way line, a distance of 60 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 00° 00' 55" West, a distance of 208.67 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 89° 55' 06" East, 206.27 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 00' 05' 02" West, a distance of 1089.19 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 89' 55' 23" West, a distance of 503.84 feet to an iron pin lying on the boundary line between said Sections 23 and 24; thence run North 00' 00' 55" East, along said boundary line, a distance of 1088.68 feet to the Point of Beginning.
