LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NORTH STATION SUBDIVISION TAX PARCEL 46-01-11-0-000-001.512 Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 11, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama; thence run N-89 degrees 15'04" — W, 1329.66 feet to a point; thence run N-00 degrees 43'34" —E, 32.76 feet to a point on the North right-of- way of Gayfer Avenue Extension and the Point of Be inning: thence run N-89 degrees 15'04" —W along said North right-of-way of Gayfer Avenue Extension, 667.27 feet to a point; thence run N-00 degrees 43'34" —E leaving said North right-of-way of Gayfer Avenue Extension, 1291.39 feet to a point; thence run S-89 degrees 22'28" —E, 667.27 feet to a point; thence run S-00 degrees 43'34" —W, 1292.83 feet to the Point of Beginning, Containing 19.79 acres more or less.
