L. C. and Fairhope Single Tax Corp. Lots 29, and 31 River Station Subdivision, as recorded on Slide 2127-F, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama. Lot 29 contains .24 acres more or less and Lot 31 contains .27 acres more or less. The J. Allen Corp. and Fairhope Single Tax Corp. Lots 13, 15, and 30, River Station Subdivision, as recorded on Slide 2127-F, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama. Lot 13 contains .24 acres more or less, Lot 15 contains .28 acres more or less, and Lot 30 contains .24 acres more or less. River Station, L. L. C. and Fairhope Single Tax Corp. Common Area and Drainage Easement, River Station Subdivision, as recorded on Slide 2121-F, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama. Property contains .21 acres more or less. This property shall be zoned R-1, Low Density Single- Family Residential District, currently being used as a fitness center. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
