MACE the owner of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit: Property is located at 6965 Oak Lane (Lot 2 only), Montrose, Alabama LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS: TAX PARCEL 43-09-31-0-000-018.01 and 43-09-31-0-000-018.002 Lot 1 and Lot 2, Oak Lane, a Planned Unit Development, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Map book 12, Page 86, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama, as amended by Amendment of Plat of Oak Lane Subdivision, a Planned Unit Development dated May 28, 1986 and recorded May 30, 1986 in Miscellaneous Book 57, Pages 1091 through 1093. Lot 1 contains .45 acres more or less and Lot 2 contains .46 acres more or less. This property shall be zoned R-1, Low Density Single- Family Residential District. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
