C N lL un 6 G' OJ ciO 4 F C 6i W C F 'O �•••� of IY '�/ is I..y ORDINANCE NO. 1189 WHEREAS, CITY OF FAIRHOPE , the owner of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to - wit: Property is located next to the H.L. "Sonny" Callahan Airport on County Road 32, Baldwin County, Fairhope, Alabama (Former owner William Thomas McKenzie and Mary Julia McKenzie) LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS: TAX PARCEL 05-46-08-33-0-000-020.000 That certain parcel of land located in Section 33, Township 6 South, Range, 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 2 East; thence South 89 Degrees 34 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 331.26 feet to a 3/8 inch rebar found; thence South 00 degrees 17 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 745.53 feet to a 3/8 inch rebar found; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 37 seconds West a distance of 551.17 feet to a %2 inch rebar found; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 59 Section East a distance of 195.22 feet to a calculated point to be set on the North right of way of Baldwin County Road Number 32, also the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 01 degrees 17 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of 931.15 feet to a calculated point to be set; thence South 80 degrees 24 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 803.12 feet to a calculated point to be set; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of 800.76 feet to a calculated point to be set on the North right of way of Baldwin County Road Number 32; thence, along said right of way North 89 degrees 49 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 808.52 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
