HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-1152M g �. m C °A a s ¢¢CUx Y- •� [J Z �.N X iQ?�1ylu mr- ORDINANCE NO. 1152 WHEREAS, ELISSIA MAE BRADLEY, the owner of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabwaa, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality, be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to - wit: J� 5� Property is located at 36L Fairland Avenue, Fairhope, Alabama LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS: TAX PARCEL 46-03-37-0-015-148.000 From the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of Fractional Section Twenty, Township Six, South, Range Two East, run South One Thousand, Three Hundred Forty Eight (1,348) feet; thence run West Six Hundred Thirteen (613) feet to the Northwest corner of that certain lot conveyed to Clara Johnson by deed recorded in Deed Book 143, Page 378, for a POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence run South along said Clara Johnson's West line, 61 feet; thence run South 88' East, TWENTY TWO (22) feet; thence run South 01' East, still following said Clara Johnson's line, ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX (126) feet; thence run South 87' 30' West, TWENTY NINE AND SIX TENTHS (29.6) feet to a point at Willie B. Vaughn's fence corner; thence run South 10' West THIRTY THREE(33) feet to a corner on the Vaughn lot; thence run West ONE HUNDRED EIGHT (108) feet to the northwest corner of the Vaughn lot; thence run North FIFTY AND TWO TENTHS (50.2) feet to the northeast corner of the Tom and Maggie Richardson lot; thence run North 05' 30' East, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO (172) feet; thence run East ONE HUNDRED THREE (103) feet to the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
