Pursuant to Section 11-46-28, Code of Alabama 1975, the City of Fairhope, City Council of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, does hereby ordain that the polls during the future Municipal Elections shall open at 7:00 a.m. and remain open continuously until 7:00 p.m. Section 2.
