SINGLE TAX CORPORATION the owners of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit: Property is located at River Mill Subdivision Unit IV LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 94 of River Mill Subdivision, Unit 3 as recorded on Slide 1888-A, Judge of Probate's Office, Baldwin county, Alabama; run South 89°59'59" East, 535.88 feet to a point; thence run North 00°23'08" East, 310.00 feet to a pont; thence run South 89°59'59" East, 802.12 feet to the Southeast corner of Parcel `B" of Unit 1 of River Mill; thence run South 00'09'11" West, 765.19 feet to an Iron Pin Lying on the North Right -of -Way line of Windmill Road; thence run North 89°55'25" West, along said North Right -of -Way line, 1,341.10 feet to a concrete monument; thence run North 00°23'09" East, 453.42 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said parcel of land contains 19.6 Acres, more or less. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
