HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-1075ORDINANCE NO. 1075 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.955 KNOWN AS THE PERSONNEL RULES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE ALABAMA, as follows: The ordinance known as the Personnel Rules, Policies, and Procedures Ordinance (No. 955), adopted 7 March 1994, together with the Personnel Handbook of the City of Fairhope, be and the same hereby is changed and altered in respect to the certain section below: Section 2. Place of Residence. It is preferred that all employees live within the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, but is not mandatory.
