WASHINGTON the owners of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit: LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS: Lot # 1 of the Annie B, Subdivision recorded in Slide at Page 1110-A, in the Probate Records of Baldwin County, Alabama, and more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, as the Point of Beginning of the herein described property; thence run South 89 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds West 330.8 feet record South 89 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds West, 330.61 feet actual to a concrete block marker; thence run South record, South 0 degrees 04 minutes 50 seconds East actual, 100.0 feet to an iron marker; thence run North 89 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East 330.61 feet record North 89 degrees 39 minutes 19 seconds East, 330.67 actual to a point on the East margin of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section; thence run North 100 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to : A right-of-way easement over and across the North 20 feet thereof in use as part of a powerline easement; and further subject to a right-of-way easement over and across the East margin thereof in use as part of a public road (Ingleside Avenue). Parcel contains .76 acres, more or less, right-of-way included, and lies in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded :n the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
