(.41 Acres more or less) BE IT ORDAINED that this property will be zoned R-1 Low Density Single -Family Residential District; and, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
