ORDINANCE NO. 1043
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 557
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE
ALABAMA, as follows:
The ordinance known as the Zoning Ordinance (No. 557), adopted 11 August 1975,
together with the Zoning Map of the City of Fairhope, be and the same hereby is
changed and altered in respect to the certain property described below:
Property of Klumpp Family Limited Partnership, located South of Idlewild
Subdivision Unit II off County Road 48, more property described:
Tract # I
Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, T6S—R2E,
Baldwin County, Alabama; thence run South 00°00'53" West, 40.00'; thence run
East, 33.00'; thence run South 00°00'53" West, 843.98'; thence run East, 175.00';
thence run north 0(f00'53" East, 72.98' to the point of beginning; thence run North
00300'53" East, 350.00; thence run East, 542.31% thence run North, 117.00'; thence
run East 80.00'; thence run South 120.00'; thence run East, 125.00'; thence run
South, 350.00'; thence run North 89046'12" West, 747.40' to the point of beginning.
Tract contains 6.23 acres more or less.

Baldwin County, Alabama; thence run S 00°00'53" West, 40.00'; thence run East,
33.00'; thence run East, 1622.20' to the point of beginning; thence run East, 100.00';
thence run South, 210.00% thence run West, 100.00'; thence run North, 210.00' to
the point of beginning. Tract contains 0.48 acres more or less.
The classification of said property is hereby changed from R-A Residential Agricultural
to R-2 Residential Medium Density Single Family District it shall hereafter be lawful to
construct on such property any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 557 and to use
said premises for any use permitted or building sought to be erected on said property
shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Fairhope and that any
structure shall be approved by the Building Official of The City of Fairhope and that
any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the
requirements of Ordinance No. 557.
