BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this property will be zoned R-3 High Density Single - Family Residential District concurrent with annexation; and BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
