HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-956ORDINANCE NO. `7 6 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 557 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: The ordinance known as the Zoning Ordinance (No. 557), adopted 11 August 1975, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Fairhope, be and the same hereby is changed and altered in respect to that certain property described below: Property of Floyd & Deidre McNeil Shepard on Ingleside Street, more properly described as: Commence at a railroad spike marker at the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, for a POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence run South 00003' West, 150.0 feet; thence run South 89* 30' West, 290.4 feet to an iron pin marker; thence run North 00*03' East, 150.0 feet to an iron pin marker; thence run North 89°30' East, 290.4 feet to the Point of Beginning. SUBJECT TO a right-of-way easement over and across the East margin thereof, in use as part of Ingleside Avenue. Tract contains 1.0 acres, more or less, right-of-way included, and lies in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Fractional Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama. The classification of said property is hereby changed from R-1 Low Density Single Family Residential to R-6 Mobile Home Park District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 557 and to use said premises for any use permitted by Ordinance No. 557; provided the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Fairhope and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Official of the City of Fairhope and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirement of Ordinance No. 557. 1A ADOPTED THIS 'DAY OFA19�
