WHEREAS, HERBERT O. AND RUTH L. PIERCE the owners
of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition
the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation
under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended;
and
WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition
as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE,
ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying conti-
guous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama;
and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction
of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed
to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit:
All four residential parcels are on the east side of US 98 (Green Road) immediately south
of Fairhope Memory Gardens, more properly described as:
RESIDENCE "A" - 19182 GREENO ROAD
From the SW Corner of Section 21, T6S, R2E, run North 907.4 ft, East 40 ft for POB; thence
South 89 degrees 3 minutes East 340 ft; thence North III ft, North 89 degrees 3 minutes
West 340 ft; thence South 111 ft to POB.
RESIDENCE "B" - 19160 GREENO ROAD
From the SW Corner of the North Half of the SN Quarter of the SW Quarter of Section 21,
T6S, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama, run thence East 40 ft to a point; thence run North 110
ft to the POB: thence run East 200 ft to a point; thence run North 11 degrees, 53 rains
East 133.5 ft to a point; thence run West 227.2 ft to a point on the East right -of -ray
of Greeno Boulevard (Rd); thence run South 132.8 ft to the POB.
RESIDENCE "C" - 19142 GREENO ROAD
From the SW Corner of the North Half of the SN Quarter of the SW Quarter of Section 21,
T6S, R2E, run East 40 ft to a point on the East margin of Greeno Road, for a POB; thence
run East 150 ft; thence nm North 100 ft; thence run West 150 ft to a point on the said
East side of Greeno Road; thence run South along Greeno Road 100 ft to the POB. Being
a lot 100 ft North & South by 150 ft East & Nest in the SN corner of P.A. Creamer property,
acquired by deed recorded in Deed Book 226, page 498, Baldwin County Probate Records.

Beginning at the SN Corner of the North Half of the SW Quarter of the SW Quarter of Section
21, T6S, R2E, run East 40 ft to a point on the East side of Greeno Blvd; thence continue
East along a fence line 150 ft to the POB; thence run North 100 ft to a point; thence
run East 30 ft to a point; thence run South 100 ft to a point; thence run West 30 ft
to the POB.
LESS AND EXCEPT ("C" & "D" only): Commencing at the NE Corner of the SW Quarter of the
SN Quarter, Sec 21, T6S, R2E; thence westerly along the north line of said SW Quarter a
distance of 1280 ft, more or less, to the present east right-of-vay line of Greeno Road;
thence southerly along said present east right-of-way line a distance of 563 ft, more or
less, to the north line of the property herein to be conveyed and the POB; thence continuing
southerly along said present east right-of-way line a distance of 100 ft, more or less,
to the south property line; thence easterly along said south property line a distance
of 50 ft, more or less, to a point that is 90 ft easterly of and at right angles to the
centerline of Project DE-0019(802); thence North 0 degrees 30 minutes 45 seconds Nest
parallel with the centerline of said project a distance of 100 ft, more or less, to the

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance,
with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded
in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its due
lac adoption and publication as required by law.

PETITION FOR ANNEXATION

We, the undersigned PETITIONER/S, owner/s of the lands
lands in fee simple described in the attached Exhibit
A, such property being without the Corporate Limits of the
City of Fairhope, Alabama, but beirig contiguous t:: t1he
said corporate limits, and such property not lying within
the corporate limits or police jurisdiction of any other
municipality, do, by these presents, hereby petition the
City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, that said
property be annexed into the City of Fairhope, Alabama.
The subject land is delineated on the map attached hereto
as Exhibit B.
This Petition is filed under authority of Section
11--42--21, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PETITIONERS have caused these
presents to be executed this the 9th day of July 199 3.

That WILLIAM S. FUNK and his wife, ESTELLE J. FUNK,
hereinafter called the GRANTORS, for and in consideration of
