WHEREAS, ELLIOTT H. POWE AND CHARLES & SHARON CLARK the
owners of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing,
petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for
annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama,
1975, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition
as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE,
ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying conti-
guous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama;
and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction
of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed
to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit:
ELLIOTT H. POWE PROPERTY - 19550 SO. INGLESIDE, more properly described
as: From the SW Corner of Government Subdivision Four, Fractional Section
20, Fractional Township 6 South of Range 2 East, run North 241 ft and
East 15 ft for a POB: thence North 187 ft; thence East 233 ft; thence
South 187 ft; thence West 233 ft to the beginning. Lot contains 1 acre.
CHARLES & SHARON CLARK PROPERTY - 19519 GREENO ROAD, more properly described
as: Commence at the SE Corner of the NE Quarter of Section 20, T6S,
R2E, and run thence North, along the East boundary of said Section 20,
a distance of 119.43 ft for a POB: Thence continue North, along said
line, 89.8 ft; thence run S-89°44'-W 437.3 ft to an iron pin marker;
thence run S-00°21'-E 209.08 ft to an iron pin marker; thence run
N-89045'-E 103.05 ft to an iron pin marker; thence run N-00'11'-W 153.0
ft to an iron pin marker; thence run S-89030'-E a distance of 335.0
ft to the POB. SUBJECT TO a right-of-way easement over and across the
Northern and the Eastern boundaries thereof. Tract contains 1.05 acres,
more or less, rights -of -way included, and lies in the SE 4 of the NE 4
of Section 20, T6S, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance,
with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded
in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its due
adoption and publication as required by law.

Fairhope, a municipal corporation, that said property be annexed into the City
