WHEREAS, WILLOW POND, INC., an Alabama corporation; BARRY L. BOOTH
and RAYMOND C. MICSAN, JR., joint owners; RKR JOINT VENTURE, an Alabama
partnership; SYDNEY R. PRINCE, III, a single man; and WILLIAM B.
MCPHERSON, a single man; . . . . . . . ... .the owners
of the hereinafter described property, did, writing, petition
the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation$ zoning
under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended;
and
WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petitions
as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE,
ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying conti-
guous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama;
and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction
of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed
to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit:
All of the property lies along Bishop Road, north of Gayfer Avenue (County
Road 30) and south of Dyer Road; more properly described as:
Willow Pond: From the SE Corner of the SW4 of Section 9, T6S, R2E, Baldwin
County, Alabama, run North a distance of 30.00 ft to a point; thence
run 5-89°31'54"-W a distance of 30 ft to an iron pin lying on the inter-
section of the West right-of-way line of Bishop Road and the South right-
of-way line of Gayfer Street Extension, the POB; thence run North along
said West right-of-way line a distance of 367.98 ft to an iron pin; thence
run 5-89°31'54"-W a distance of 203 ft to an iron pin; thence run South
a distance of 367.98 ft to an iron pine lying on the said South right-
of-way line; thence run N-89°31'54"-E along said South right-of-way
line a distance of 203 ft to the POB.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this property will be zoned R4
Low Density Multi -Family Residential concurrent with annexation;
and
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance,
with a copy of the Petitions and the exhibit, be recorded
in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its due
adoption and publication as required by law.

I, Seth W. Moore, a registered land surveyor, hereby
certify that all parts of this survey and drawing have
been completed in accordance with the requirements of
the Minimum Technical Standards for the Practice of Land
Surveying in the State of Alabama and that the attached
is a true and correct map of the following description.
Lot 5, Meadowbrook, Unit II, as recorded in Map Book
11, Page 81, in the Office of the Judge of Probate,
Baldwin County, Alabama.
I' -further certify that the improvements presently situated
on said property are located within the boundaries
thereof; that there are no encroachments upon said
property by buildings or fences situated on adjoining
property; and that there are no joint driveways,
easements, nor rights -of -way visible on the surface,
except as noted hereon.
All according to my survey made this the 19th day of
August, 1992.
I also certify that I have examined the current FIA
Official Flood Hazard Map, Community Number 015000,
Panel Number 0420G, and found referenced lot described
above lies in Flood Zone C, and is not in an area having
special flood hazards, and attached to this plat is a
photostatic copy of a portion of the above map on which
I have noted the lot's location.
