LESS AND EXCEPT the Eastern 90 ft, more or less thereof, taken as part of the right-of-way of Greeno Road (State Highway Dept Project #DE-0019(802), Tract #66.) Lot contains 0.46 acres, more or less. Recorded in Deed Book 238, p 344, and Real Property Book 80, p 1943, Probate records of Baldwin County, Alabama. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
