Vif, Db RECORD•' 0-53.c5,—�n r V tl lM� r- PPOAA.TF ORDINANCE NO. �4-z- WHEREAS, GEORGE E. and ANNIE LEE MITCHELL the owners of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying conti- guous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit: Property located at 19683 Greeno Road, more properly described as: From the SE Corner of Government Subdivision 4, Section 20, T6S, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama, run North 1000 ft for a POB: Thence run West 234.53 ft, thence run North 105 ft; thence run East 233.87 ft; thence run South 105 ft to the POB. LESS AND EXCEPT the Eastern 90 ft, more or less thereof, taken as part of the right-of-way of Greeno Road (State Highway Dept Project #DE-0019(802), Tract #66.) Lot contains 0.46 acres, more or less. Recorded in Deed Book 238, p 344, and Real Property Book 80, p 1943, Probate records of Baldwin County, Alabama. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
