HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-928GRADE ORDINANCE NO. 928 AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF GREENBRIER LANE, WOODLANDS DRIVE, WEDGEWOOD CIRCLE, WOODCOVE DRIVE, PINETOP CIRCLE WEST, PINETOP CIRCLE EAST, ROCK CREEK PARKWAY, CLUBHOUSE DRIVE, CLUBHOUSE CIRCLE, CROFTON COURT, CHESTNUT RIDGE, CEDAR POINTE, NORTH CREEK CIRCLE, MOCKINGBIRD LANE, SWEETWATER LANE, BEAVER DAM ROAD, AND ESTELLA DRIVE, AND THE GRADE OF THE CURBS ON BOTH SIDES OF SUCH PORTION OF SAID STREETS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, as follows: Section 1. That the grade of Greenbrier Lane from the West edge of pavement of Blue Island Avenue at Station 0+00 to its ending in a turnaround at Station 7+46 (Moore Engineering Company, Inc.'s [MEC] plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet Nos. 3 and 4 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 2. That the grade of Woodlands Drive from the East edge of U.S. Highway #98 at Station 0+00 to its ending at Station 11+25 (Rester & Coleman Engineers, Inc's [RCE] plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet Nos. 4 and 5 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 3. That the grade of Wedgewood Circle from the centerline of pavement of Woodlands Drive at Station 0+00 to its ending in a turnaround at Station 4+98 (RCE's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 6 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 4. That the grade of Woodcove Drive from the centerline of pavement of Woodlands Drive at Station 0+00 to its ending at the North line of the pavement on Pinetop Circle East and West at Station 4+03 (RCE's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 6 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 5. That the grade of Pinetop Circle West from the intersection of Woodcove Drive and Pinetop Circle East at Station 0+00 to its ending in a turnaround at Station 3+97 (RCE's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 7 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 6. That the grade of Pinetop Circle East from the intersection of Woodcove Drive and Pinetop Circle West at Station 0+00 to its ending in a turnaround at Station 2+85 (RCE's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are f ixed and established as shown on Prof ile Sheet No. 7 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. . Section 7. That the grade of Rock Creek Parkway from the East edge of pavement of U.S. Highway #98 at Station 0+00 to its intersection with the centerline of Clubhouse Drive at Station 16+86 (Volkert & Associates, Inc.'s [V&A] plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 8 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 8. That the grade of Clubhouse Drive from the intersection of the centerline of Cedar Pointe at Station 0+00 to the intersection of Beaver Dam Road and Clubhouse Circle at Station 28+67 (V&A's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet Nos. 9 and 10 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 9. That the grade of Clubhouse Circle from its intersection with Beaver Dam Road and Clubhouse Drive at Station 28+67 looping to Beaver Dam Road at Station 45+02 ( V&A' s plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 11 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 10. That the grade of Crofton Court from its intersection with Clubhouse Drive at Station 0+00 to its ending at a turnaround at Station 1+84 (V&A's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 12 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 11. That the grade of Chestnut Ridge from its intersection with Clubhouse Drive at Station 0+00 looping to its intersection with Chestnut Ridge at Station 7+62, and also from the North end of the aforesaid loop at Station 0+00 to its ending at a turnaround at Station 2+11 ( V&A' s plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 13 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 12. That the grade of Cedar Pointe from its intersection with Clubhouse Drive at Station 0+00 looping to its intersection with Cedar Pointe at Station 7+79, and also from the South end of the aforesaid loop at Station 0+00 to its ending at a turnaround at Station 2+82 (V&A's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 14 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 13. That the grade of North Creek Circle from its intersection with Clubhouse Drive at Station 0+00 to its ending in 2 a turnaround at Station 2+37 (V&A's plans) curbs on each side of said street, be and the and established as shown on Profile Shee exhibited to the City Council and now o inspection in the office of MEC. and the grade of the same hereby are fixed t No. 15 heretofore n file and open for Section 14. That the grade of Mockingbird Lane from its intersection with Clubhouse Drive at Station 0+00 to its ending in a turnaround at Station 7+61 (V&A's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 16 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 15. That the grade of Sweetwater Lane from its intersection with Clubhouse Drive at Station 0+00 to its ending in a turnaround at Station 6+39 (V&A's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 17 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 16. That the grade of Beaver Dam Road from its intersection with Clubhouse Drive and Clubhouse Circle at Station 0+00 to its ending in a temporary turnaround at Station 9+33 (V&A's plans) and the grade of the curbs on each side of said street, be and the same hereby are fixed and established as shown on Profile Sheet No. 18 heretofore exhibited to the City Council and now on file and open for inspection in the office of MEC. Section 17. That this Ordinance shall be published in the Eastern Shore Courier, a newspaper published and of general circulation, in the City of Fairhope, Alabama.
