I* WHEREAS, H/M PARTNERS and MAGNOLIA TRACE, INC., the owners of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying conti- guous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 29, T5S, RE, Baldwin County, Alabama, run N-00'21'19"-W along the East line of said Section 29, a distance of 2584.21 ft to a point on the North city limits line of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, as amended by Petition No. 11; said point being the point of beginning of the property herein described; thence continuing N-00°21'19"-W along said East line of Section 29 run 57.66 ft to the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29; said point being on the Southern boundary of the City of Daphne, Alabama; thence along the North line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 29 and said Southern boundary of the City of Daphne, Alabama, run S-89'45'41"-W 2623.41 ft to the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 29; thence along the West line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 29; run Southwardly 57.66 ft to a point on the aforementioned North city limits line of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, as amended by Petition #11; thence along said North city limits line of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, as amended by Petition #11 run N-89045'41"-E 2623.36 ft to the point of beginning. Containing 3.47 acres, more or less. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
