DWR 429 FAIRHOPE, AL 36533 WHEREAS, H/M PARTNERS and MAGNOLIA TRACE, INC., the owners of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, AL-ABAMA, that the following described property, lying conti- guous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit: Commencing at a 2" iron pipe at the Southeast corner of Section 32, TSS, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama, run N-01'44'33"-E along the East line of said Section 32 a distance of 4628.73 ft to a point on the North city limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, as amended by Petition #2; said point being the point of beginning of the property herein described; thence continuing N-01'44'33"-E along said East line of Section 32 run 649.71 ft to the Southeast corner of Sec 29, TSS, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama; thence along the East line of said Section 29 run N-00°21'19"-W 121.75 ft to a point on a line located half way between a line running Eastwardly from the extreme Southern boundary of the City of Daphne, Alabama, where it intersects the West line of US Highway 98 and the North city limits line of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, as amended by Petition #2; thence along said half way line run S-89°45'41"-W 2639.25 ft to a point on the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29, TSS, R2E; thence along said West line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29 run Southwardly 74.91 ft to the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 29; thence along the South line of said Section 29 run S-89'13'20" 760.79 ft, more or less, to a point on the centerline of Rock Creek; said point being the Northwest corner of Montrose Woods, Unit One, as recorded in Map Book 10, page 84, of the Probate Records, Baldwin County, Alabama; thence along the meanderings of said centerline of Rock Creek and the East boundary of said Montrose Woods, Unit One, run Southwardly 700 ft, more or less, to a point on the aforementioned North city limits line of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, as amended by Petition #2; thence along said North city limits line of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, as amended by Petition #2, run N-89°45'41"-E 1790 ft, more or less, to the point of beginning.
