WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE w� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying conti- guous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit: Property located north of City of Fairhope corporate limits, along and on the east side of US Highway 98; more properly described: Beginning at a 2" iron pipe at the Southeast corner of Section 32, T5S, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama, run N-01'44'33"-E along the East line of said Section 32, a distance of 3085.82 ft, to a point on a line located half way between a line running Eastwardly from the extreme Southern boundary of the City of Daphne, Alabama, where it intersects the West line of US Highway 98 and the extreme Northern boundary of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; said North line being the South line of Section 32, T5S, R2E, and also being the North boundary of property recorded in Real Proper- ty Book 462, Page 1631 of the Probate Court Records, Baldwin County, Alabama; thence along said half way line run S-89'45'41"-W 2647.68 ft to a point on the East right-of-way line of US Hwy 98; said point being on the arc of a 6985.50 ft radius curve concave Westwardly; thence along said East right-of-way line of US Hwy 98 and said arc of curve run Southwardly 590.13 ft to a point; thence continuing along said East right-of-way line of US Hwy 98 run N-83017'14"-E 30.0 ft to a point on the arc of a 7015.50 ft radius curve concave Westwardly; thence continuing along said East right-of-way line of US Hwy 98 run Southwardly along said arc of curve 504.11 ft to the P.T. of said curve; thence continuing along said East right-of-way line of US Hwy 98 run S-02'35'44"-E 832.02 ft to a point; thence run S-89'06'16"-E 317.5 ft to a point; thence run S-02046'25"-E 322.90 ft to a point; thence run S-89007'52"-E 395.41 ft to a point; thence run S-02 46 25 -E 804.12 ft to a point on the aforementioned extreme Northern boundary of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, and the South line of Section 32, T5S, R2E; thence along said extreme Northern boundary of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, and said South line of Section 32, run Eastwardly 1584.42 ft to the point of beginning. DWR 429 FAIRHOPE, AL 36533 We, the undersigned PETITIONERS, owners of the within described lands in fee simple, such property being without the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, but as of the date of the hearing of this petition by the City of Fairhope shall be contiguous to the said corporate limits, and such property not lying within the corporate limits of any other municipality, do, by these presents, hereby petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, that said property be annexed into the City of Fairhope, Alabama pursuant to the authority of section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama (1975). We, the undersigned PETPTIONERS further petition that the Honorable Mayor and City Council of Fairhope, Alabama, set a date for the bearing of this petition. We, the undersigned PE ITI ONERS also ask that the Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, do all things necessary and requisite to comply with the terms of section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama (1975).
