BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: I. Section 21-39, Fairhope Code of Ordinances, shall now read as follows: "Sec. 21-39. Schedule of Rates - Marlow Waterline. Effective 1 June 1992, there is hereby established for all water customers on the Marlow Waterline, the following rates: First 3,000 Gallons or Less per month . . .$ 12.00 (min) Next 2,000 Gallons per 1,000 Gallons . . .$ 3.00 Next 5,000 Gallons per 1,000 Gallons . . .$ 2.75 All Over 10,000 Gallons per 1,000 Gallons . . .$ 2.50 Plus tax, per month."
