WHEREAS, FRED T. & ELIZABETH BURMEISTER, AND KATHRINE BURMEISTER,
the owners of the hereinafter described property, did, in
writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation,
for annexation and zoning under Section 11-42-21 of the Code
of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition
as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE,
ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying conti-
guous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama;
and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction
of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed
to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit:
Property is located southeast of Greeno Park SubDivision, and west
of Boothe Road. Parcels A & B owned by Fred T. & Elizabeth, Parcel C
owned by Kathrine, more properly described:
Parcel A, to be zoned R3PGH
From the NW corner of the SE Quarter of the NW Quarter of Section 21,
T6S, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama, run East a distance of 322.5 ft to
a point; thence run South a distance of 309.32 ft to a point; thence
run West 322.5 ft to a point; thence run North a distance of 309.32 ft
to the NW corner of said SE Quarter. Parcel contains 2.29 acres,more
or less.
Parcel B, to be zoned R2
The SE Quarter of the NW Quarter of Section 21, T6S, R2E, Baldwin
County, Alabama -less Parcel A above. This parcel contains 37.71 acres,
more or less.
Parcel C, to be zoned R2
The North 30 acres, more or less, of the NE Quarter of the SW Quarter
of Section 21, T6S, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this property will be zoned as
indicated, concurrent with annexation.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance,
with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded
in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its due
adoption and publication as required by law.

PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
COUNTY OF BALDWIN §
We, FRED T. & ELIZABETH BURMEISTER, AND KATHRINE BURMEISTER,
the owners of.the hereinafter described land in fee simple,
such property being without the Corporate Limits of the City
of Fairhope, Alabama, but being contiguous to the said Corporate
Limits, and such property not lying within the Corporate
Limits or Police Jurisdiction of any other municipality,
do by these presents hereby petition to City of Fairhope,
a municipal corporation, that said property be annexed into
the City of Fairhope, Alabama, and zoned as indicated on
each parcel concurrent with annexation.
This petition is filed under the authority of Section
11-42-21 of the Code o.f•Alabama (1975) as amended.
The property to be annexed is described as follows and a
map thereof, showing its position in relation to the Fairhope
Corporate Limits, is attached hereto as an exhibit:
