HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-886ORDINANCE NO. oJ6 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 557 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: The ordinance known as the Zoning Ordinance (No. 557), adopted 11 August 1975, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Fair - hope, be and the same hereby is changed and altered in respect to that certain property described below: Fairhope Single Tax Corporation property leased to Diane Martinere located on the west side of County Road 27 about 3/8 mile south of Windmill Road; more properly described as: From the concrete monument at the Northwest corner of the SE4 of the NE4 of Section 22, T6S, R2E, run East along the fence line dividing the NE4 of NE4 from the SE4 of the NE4, a distance of 744.5 ft to the northwest corner of the Puckett Leasehold: thence run South 238 ft; thence run South 89° 35' E, 173 ft, for a Point of Beginning; the Northwest corner of the tract herein described: Thence continue S 89* 35' E., 154 ft, to the Northwest corner of the Owen Stimpson Lot; thence run South 210 ft; thence run S 89*35, E., along Stimpson's south line, 203.0 ft to a point on the West side of the Belforest Highway; thence run South along said Highway 207.7 ft to a corner; thence run North 89°42' W, 377.4 ft; thence run N 02055" E, 419.2 ft to the point of beginning. Lot contains 2.56 acres, more or less, and lies in the SE4 of the NE4 of Sec. 222 T6S, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama The classification of said property is hereby changed from R-A Rural Agricultural to R-2 Medium Density Single Family Residential and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 557 and to use said premises for any use permitted by Ordinance No. 557; provided the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Fairhope and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Official of the City of Fairhope and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of Ordinance No. 557. r* ADOPTED THIS v-'2V DAY OF 19 g1 James P.
