SS7 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: The ordinance known as the Zoning Ordinance (No. S57), adopted 11 August 1975, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Fair - hope, be and the same hereby is changed and altered in respect to that certain property described below: Property of DOLEEN, INC., (Matt Dial), located off of Quail Creek Drive in Quail Creek Estates, further described as: From the NW corner of Section 23, T6S, R2E, Baldwin County Alabama, run S-89°59'45"-E, a distance of 1782.8 ft; thence run S-00°41'15"-W, a dis- tance of 327.44 ft to an iron pin; thence run N-89°24'47"-W, a distance of 429.55 ft to an iron pin; thence run S-00°01'55"-E, a distance of 506.82 ft to an iron pin; for the Point of Beginning; thence continue S-00°10'07"-W, a distance of 1813.89 ft, more or less, thence run N-89°59'40"-E, a distance of 651.19 ft, more or less, to a fence corner post; thence run S-00°18'50"-E, a distance of 661.07 ft, more or less, to a fence corner post; thence run S-89°55'40"-E, a distance of 667.6 ft, more or less, to a fence corner post; thence run N-01°19'34"-E, a distance of 383.87 ft to an iron pin; thence run N-44°55'15"-W, a distance of 955 ft to an iron pin; thence run N-89°55'15"-W, a distance of 225 ft to an iron pin; thence run N-00°04'45"-E, a distance of 745 ft to an iron pin; thence run N-45°55'15"-W, a distance of 80 ft to an iron pin; thence run N-00°21'45"-W, a distance of 613.95 ft; thence run N-89°55'15"-W, a distance of 360 ft, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. The classification of said property is hereby changed from R2 Medium Density Single Family Residential to R-3PGH Patio Garden Homes and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 557 and to use said premises for any use permitted by Ordinance No. 557; provided the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Fairhope and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Official of the City of Fairhope and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of Ordinance No. 557.
