AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 557
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
The ordinance known as the Zoning Ordinance (No. 557), adopted
11 August 1975, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Fair -
hope, be and the same hereby is changed and altered in respect
to that certain property described below:
SANDRA T. LEVIN property located at the corner of Morphy Avenue
and Troyer Road, further described as Lot Two, Troyer Grove
Subdivision, Unit Two, as recorded in Map Book 11, Page 140,
Section 16, T6S, R2E, Probate Office of Baldwin County, Alabama.
Area contains 3.01 acres more or less.
The classification of said property is hereby changed from
R-A Rural Agriculture to R-3 High Density Single Family Residential
and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property
any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 557 and to use said
premises for any use permitted by Ordinance No. 557; provided
the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on
said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of
the City of Fairhope and that any structure shall be approved
by the Building Official of the City of Fairhope and that any
such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, inclu
the requirements of Ordinance No. 557.

.of Fairhope, Alabama (100 North Bancroft Street), hereby certify that the above is a correct
map or plat of the following described property situated in Baldwin County' Alabama, TO -WIT:
"Lot Two (2), Troyer Grove Subdivision, Unit Two (2), as recorded in Map
Book 11, Page 140, containing 3.01 acres. Section 16, Township 6 South,
Range 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama."
We further certify that the improvements presently situated on said property are located with-
in the boundaries thereof; that there are no encroachments upon said property by buildings or
fences situated on adjoining property; and that there are no rights -of -way; easements, nor
joint driveways, over or across said property, visible on the surface, EXCEPT AS HEREON NOTED.
