TY CER 1 "' .. =NT WRS F Lk C ANC : : T-:1 ON DEC 14 1107 FM '50 RE-717 nF P% RATE ORDINANCE NO. 5�5� WHEREAS, CLARENCE EUGENE TILLMAN, President of CET ENTERPRISES, INC., an Alabama Corporation, the owner of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation and zoning under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, that the following described property, lying conti- guous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, Alabama, to -wit: Property owned by CET ENTERPRISES, INC., lies south of the City Limits of Fairhope, Alabama, on Greeno Road and on the east side of Greeno Road and is more properly described as: Commence at an iron pipe marker at the Southwest Corner of Section 21, T6S, R2E, and run thence North 1326.44 ft for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue North 220.27 ft; thence run North 89038'East, 477.98 ft; thence run North 00°20' West 137.69 ft; thence run South 89033'30" West 477.19 ft; thence run North 120.74 ft; thence run South 89039' East 1307.42 ft; thence run North 850.5 ft; thence run East 20.0 ft to an iron pipe marker at the Northeast Corner of the Northwest 4 of the Southwest 4; thence run South 00°02' East along the east boundary of the Northwest 4 of the Southwest 4 1326.2 ft to a concrete block marker at the Southeast Corner of lands of CET Enterprises, Inc., thence run North 89045'20" West 1327.66 ft to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Tract contains 13.11 acres, more or less, right-of-way excluded and lies in the Northwest 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 21, T6S, R2E, Baldwin County, Alabama. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this property will be zoned R6 Mobile Home Park District, the same zoning as is presently assigned by the County as provided by Section 8.18 of the Fair - hope Zoning Ordinance; _concurrent with annexation; and BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama.
