F 5 3 WHEREAS, the owners of the hereinafter described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama (1975) as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, that the following described property lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama; and not within the corporate limits or the police jurisdiction of any other municipality; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, to -wit: Property of ELIZABETH N. REDLICH AND FREDERICK G. NELSON, LOCATED AT THE WESTERN END OF ECHO LANE WEST, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: From the southwest corner of Lot 2, Section 19, T6S, R2E (also known as southeast corner of northeast 1/4 of southwest 1/4 of Section 19) run North 00 degrees, 17 minutes West for 421.7 ft to a point, thence run North 89 degrees, 03 minutes East for 50 ft for the point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning continue to run North 89 degrees, 03 minutes East for 160 ft to a point; thence run North 00 degrees 08 minutes East for 210 ft to a point (also known as a concrete block with tack on that survey of Claude W. Arnold dated 21 March 1989); thence run South 89 degrees, 02 minutes West for 210 ft to a point; thence run South 00 degrees, 08 minutes West for 140 ft to a point; thence run North 89 degrees, 03 minutes East for 50 ft to a point; thence run South 00 degrees, 17 minutes East for 70 ft to the point of beginning. Area consists of approximately one acre, more or less. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City of Fairhope, Alabama, that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition for Annexation and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama. NELSON,the owners of the hereinafter described land in fee simple, such property being without the Corporate Limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, but being contiguous to the said Corporate Limits, and such property not lying within the Corporate Limits or Police Jurisdiction of any other municipality, do by these presents hereby petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, that said property be annexed into the City of Fairhope, Alabama. This petition is filed under the authority of Section 11-42-21 of the Code of Alabama (1975) as amended.
