Thence run south along the west line of the said northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section for a distance of 615 ft, thence eastwardly and parallel to the north line of said Section for a distance of 210 ft, thence nothwardly and parallel to the west line of said Section for a distance of 615 ft to the north line of Section 21, thence westwardly and along the north line of Section 21 for a distance of 210 ft to the Point of Beginning; Less a thirty-foot strip across the north end of the described property for a Public Right -of -Way. The property lies in and is a portion of Section 21, T6S, R2E, and contains a net of 2.82 acres. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City of Fairhope, Alabama, that a certified copy of this Ordinance, with a copy of the Petition for Annexation and the exhibit, be recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Baldwin County, Alabama. This Petition is filed under authority of Act No. 2228, 1971 Acts of the State Legislature of the State of Alabama.
