C 4 0 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER -DESCRIBED PROPERTY WHICH PROPERTY IS CONTIGUOUS TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA,-SAID ANNEXATION BEING BY PETITION OF ALL OWNERS THEREOF: WHEREAS, JOHN C. GLOVER, INC., an Alabama corporation, the "Owner" of the hereinafter -described property, did, in writing, petition the City of Fairhope, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Section 11-42-21 of the CA I� Code of Alabama (1975) as amended; and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said Petition as an exhibit. C NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, that the following -described property lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, to -wit: Starting at the Southwest corner of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, said point being a railroad spike at the intersection of Bishop Road and Dyer Road, thence run East 30 feet to a point on the East ROW of Bishop Road and the Point of Beginning; thence run East, 238.60 feet; thence S 50036137" E, 228.46 feet; thence N 89059136" E, 215.00 feet; thence N 00029157" W, 139.82 feet; thence run along an existing fence S 89026136" E, 671.24 feet; thence S 00014147" W, 325.39 feet along an existing fence to a point; thence N 89054111" W, 915.57 feet to a concrete monument; thence N 89025100" W, 385.10 feet to a concrete monument on the East ROW line of Bishop Road; thence N 00019136" E, 331.59 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing 8.88 acres more or less, and lying in the SE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 6 South, Range 2 East. a&44,...
