Index Ste_ By—�—ram AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY WHICH PROPERTY IS CONTIGUOUS TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, SAID ANNEXATION BEING BY PETITION OF ALL THE OWNERS THEREOF; AND TO SET THE ZONING OF SAID ANNEXED PROPERTY: WHEREAS, EAST GATE LIMITED, an Alabama Limited Partnership, the "Lessee", and FAIRHOPE SINGLE TAX CORPORATION, the "Owner" of the hereinafter described property did, in writing, Petition the CITY OF FAIRHOPE, a Municipal corporation, for annexation under Act 2228, adopted in the 1971 Regular Session of the Legislature of the State of Alabama, and WHEREAS, a map of said property is attached to said .1 r Petition as an exhibit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of C.Ln OC the City of Fairhope, Alabama, that the following described property lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Fairhope, to -wit: Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), less roads on North, East and South, less from the remainder the South 246.3 feet thereof and less from the remainder the North 200 feet of the East 240 feet of the West 853 more or less feet thereof being 29.8 acres, more or less.
