ORDINANCE NO. !17
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 713 BY VOIDING SECTIONS
III AND IV OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 713.(VOIDS PERMIT FEE AND
FINE FOR NONCOMPLIANCE.)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE. Those certain Sections of Ordinance No. 713 as duly
adopted by this body on 28 March 1983,identified as "Section III"
and "Section IV", are hereby null and void and no longer constitue
a portion of Ordinance No. 713.
SECTION TWO. All other Sections, paragraphs and portions of said
Ordinance No. 713 remain in full force and effect.
SECTION THREE. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its due adoption and publication as required by law.
