ORDINANCE NO. 90a
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY
WHICH SAID PROPERTY IS CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY LIMITS7OF-IFAIRHOP]
BALDWIN COUNTY, ALABAMA AND IS NOT LOCATED CONTIGUOUS TO
OR IN THE POLICE JURISDICTION OF ANY OTHER CORPORATE LIMITS;
SUCH ANNEXATION BY PETITION OF ALL OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS OF
SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Lucille Bryant is the sole owner of the hereinafter des-
cribed property, and she did petition the City of Fairhope, Ala-
bama, a municipal corporation, for annexation under Act 2228,
adopted in the 1971 Regular Session of the Legislature of the
State of Alabama, and
WHEREAS, a map of said propetty-=-is:attached to said Petition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fairhope, Alabama, by these presents do hereby annex all of the
hereinafter described property, which is contiguous to the corpor-
ate limits of the City of Fairhope, Alabama, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Begin at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Baldwin County,
Alabama, and rin thence south along the Section line 1500.69
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence run south 125 feet;
thence run east 158 feet; thence run north 125 feet; thence
run west 158 feet to the Point of Beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT
a road right-of-way on the west side of said property known
known as Young Street.
,BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City of Fairhope, Alabama, that the
:ity does by these presents assent to the said annexation to the
City of Fairhope of the hereinabove described property.
E IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City of Fairhope, Alabama, that a
ertified copy of this Ordinance, together with the Petition of
nnexation and the map attached thereto, be recorded in the Office
f the Judge of Probate of Baldwin County, Alabama.
IS ORDINANCE shall take effect immediately upon its due adoption
d publication as required by law.

Gentlemen:
The undersigned is the owner of the property hereinafter
described adjacent to the Corporate limits of the City of
Fairhope. I respectfully request that the City of Fairhope
consider this as her petition for annexation within the Corporate
limits the following escri a rea property:
