ORDINANCE NO. �p�b
AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
WITHIN NAMED STREETS; AND THE GRADE OF THE CURBS OF SAID PORTIONS OF
WITHIN NAMED STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, as follows:
Section 1. That the grade of the following described streets, and the grade
of tEie cam, are hereby fixed and established as shown on the respective Pro-
file Sheets named, said Sheets now on file and open for inspection at the
office of Moore Engineering Company, 555 North Section Street:
(a) MIDDLE STREET: Beginning on the west side of Greeno Road and running approx-
imately 1,308' to the east side of Ingleside Avenue - Profile Sheet No. 4.
(b) LINCOLN STREET: Beginning at existing pavement on Lincoln Street and running
approximately 661' south to Winn Street - Profile Sheet No. 7.
(c) FAIRLAND AVENUE: Beginning on east side of Section Street and running east
approximately 1,050 feet - Profile Sheet No. 11.
(d) WISTERIA STREET: Beginning at existing pavement and running south approxi-
mately 230' to proposed Fairland Avenue - Profile Sheet No. 11.
(e) SCHOOL STREET: Beginning at existing pavement and running south approxi-
mately 190' to proposed Fairland Avenue - Profile Sheet No. 11.
(f) LIBERTY STREET: Beginning on south side of Fig Street and running approxi-
mately 550' south - Profile Sheet No. 16.
(g) TWIN ECHO COURT: Beginning on west side of Section Street and running west
approximately 235 feet and north approximately 180 feet- Profile Sheet No. 18.
(h) CORTE COURT: Beginning at north side of proposed Echo Lane East and running
approximately 205' north - Profile Sheet No. 20.
(i) SOUTHERN RUN: Beginning at existing pavement and running approximately 380'
south to proposed Echo Lane East - Profile Sheet No. 20.
(j) ECHO LANE EAST $ WEST: Beginning at Stake 6+35 and running easterly and
southerly approximately 1,062' - Profile Sheets No. 23 and 26.
(k) COMMERCIAL PARK DRIVE: Beginning at existing pavement and running south to
proposed Middle Street, approximately 461 feet - Profile Sheet No. 27.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be published in the EASTERN SHORE
COURIER, a newspaper published and of general circulation in the City of
Fairhope, Alabama.
