HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-651Ls, ORDINANCE NO. �_61 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 557, ADOPTED 11 AUGUST 1975, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF FAIRHOPE, AS FOLLOWS: The Ordinance commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance adopted 11 August 1975 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Fairhope, be and the same hereby is changed and altered in re- spect to that certain property described as follows: The east 250 feet of the Amos Wagner leasehold located on the west side of Greeno Road approximately 300 feet north of Fairhope Avenue The classification of said property is hereby changed from R-5 High Density Multi -Family Residential to B-4 Business and Profess- ional Offices and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on said property any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 557 and to use said premises for any use permitted by the terms of Ordinance No. 557; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Fairhope and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Official of the City of Fairhope and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 557.
