GREATER .THAN.3/4 .TONS. .TO ENTER UPON ANY. OF. THE BEACHES.OR BEACH
ROADS OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE., ALABAMA OR ANY ROADS WITHIN .ITS
POLICE JURISDICT.ION..
CBE IT. ORDAINED by..the City: Council..of. .the City of' Fairhope,
Alabama:
SECTION 1. :It shall be'unlawful-'for'.any person to drive a
truck orbus witha capacity greater than-3/4 tons upon any of the
beaches -or beach roads within the municipal limits of. the City of
Fairhope,' Alabama, or within.its,Police Jurisdiction thereof,
without first obtaining a Special.Permit. from.the Police Department
of .the City of Fairhope, Alabama.
SECTION..2. Any person.conbicted of. violation of,.this. Ordin-
ance 'shd11-be .punished by .fine of not :less than! .$1.00 normore .than
$200.00 or by imprisonment at hard labor.for not.more than six
months, or by both '.such' 'fine and 'imprisonment..
